Florence C. Ruffner CRS
Owner/Broker
Florence Ruffner was born in Louisville,
Kentucky where she attended high school and college. In 1976 she
moved to the seacoast area where she has resided since. In 1980
she became a licensed real estate agent and in 1985 a real estate
Broker. She received a Broker attained CRS in 1993. She is also
a member of the National Association of Realtors, NNEREN: a statewide
computerized multiple listing service, the Granite State So. Board
of Realtors and the CRS Council. She is a member of the Exeter
Snow Ball Children's Committee and a past member of the Board
of Directors of the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also
a member of the Seacoast School of Technology advisory council
and advisor to the technology school building trades department,
and has served as small business coordinator for the Greater Seacoast
United Way fund raising campaign. She resides in Exeter with her
husband Harry.
